EUROCONTROL's INVENTAIR

ENVISA was mandated by EUROCONTROL to create a website dedicated to global aircraft emissions. The site will allow registered users to download and visualise worldwide emission grids based on WISDOM flight movement database.

ENVISA’s services relevant to airlines include:

  • assessing gate-to-gate fuel burn and emissions related to specific fleets and trajectories
  • assessing noise, fuel burn and emission tradeoffs for new landing and take-off procedures
  • conducting market analyses for future concepts and regulations in the air transport industry.

Below is a selection of our projects in relation to airlines’ activities:

Environmentally Responsible Air Transport - ERAT (2007-2010)

ENVISA is involved in the 'Local Air Quality' and 'System Wide ATM Impact' work packages of the Environmentally Responsible Air Transport (ERAT) project funded by the European Commission under FP6.
